Your responsibilities:

• Writing, maintaining, and executing Performance Test Assets in the key languages used at International Personal Finance C, C#, Java and JavaScript.
• Querying application and infrastructure logs and diagnosing and correcting issues
• You will own and maintain Performance Test baselines for all application stacks and report on deviations on a release-by-release basis
• You will collaborate with clients and technical teams to create performance test strategies including approach, tooling based on clearly defined non-functional requirements
• You will assume the planning and execution of performance test cycles, working with delivery and technical teams to identify improvements that will ensure applications meet performance requirements
• You will guide a performance test team by managing their work on a day-to-day basis always keeping stakeholders and technical teams up to date on progress
• You will be able to implement and maintain performance testing platforms/frameworks

Our requirements:

• Understanding of the application & architecture in detail to establish baselines/benchmark metrics of the mixed OnPrem and Cloud platforms
• Proven ability to work independently and be self supportive
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
• A proven ability to query logs, diagnose and correct issues with infrastructure and config
• Extensive practical experience with JMETER, C# and Java
• Previous AWS experience (EC2 / RDS / S3 / IAM)
• Strong hands-on experience on API Testing (REST/SOAP via Postman and SoapUI)
• Expertise in Requirement Gathering, Test Planning, Test Strategy, Workload Design, Test Cases Design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, Test Estimation, Test Reporting and Defect Management.
• High-level proficiency with Performance testing and monitoring tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, Splunk and Kibana.
• Experience in planning and executing different types of performance testing such as Benchmark, Load, Volume, Stress and Endurance testing.
• Experience in setting CI/CD pipelines for performance testing.
• Experience in troubleshooting JVM performance issues.
• High-level proficiency with performance tuning in Microsoft SQL Server & Oracle database.
• Knowledge of Containers, Kubernetes, Microservices & Clustering concepts.
