Your responsibilities:

• Collaborating with network, database, and cloud architecture teams to deliver infrastructure services aligned with the organization's strategy.
• Working closely with the Cloud Centre of Excellence team to support cloud services and take over operational tasks.
• Providing IT infrastructure to support business needs and new projects.
• Being responsible for implementing ITIL processes, as well as Agile and DevOps methodologies within the infrastructure domain, including:
  - Maintaining service standards and SLAs for infrastructure and cloud platforms.
  - Cooperating with DBA, network, service support, and application teams to resolve incidents within SLA.
  - Participating in business continuity and disaster recovery planning with IT teams and external partners.
• Ensuring the quality and timely delivery of cloud resources within budget.
• Contributing to monitoring and reporting on cloud infrastructure service performance.
• Participating in IT and infrastructure management teams.
• Supporting internal and external audits.
• Analyzing cloud-related risks and supporting preventive actions.

Our requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Engineer’s degree in Computer Science
• English proficiency at C1 level
• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification or higher
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure
• Knowledge of AWS technologies and architectural standards
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and DevOps standards
• Strong time management, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experience working in an international environment with multiple external vendors
