We are looking for a Leader to drive the development, standardization, and optimization of Sales and Customer Service processes across European Home Credit. This role will ensure scalable, efficient, and customer-focused operations while overseeing the lifecycle of core sales tools development and aligning local processes within EHC strategic goals.
- Lead the unification and alignment of process design and sales tools across four European markets, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee governance, documentation, and standardization of business processes across four European markets, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Drive the development and optimization of sales enablement tools across four European markets, creating efficient and customer-focused solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design future processes, implement best practices, and ensure effective change management.
- Monitor performance, streamline operations of EHC Commercial Processes & Sales Tools Development tea , and deliver cost-effective strategies to enhance business and financial results.
- Managing an international teams of EHC Commercial Processes and EHC Sales Tools Development team across four markets: Czech, Romanian, Polish, and Hungarian
Our requirements:
- Financial industry experience, such as consumer lending, non-banking financial institutions, retail banking, banking; or the Big Four background (8-10 years)
- Strong process design and governance, sales tools development and change management background with demonstrated experience in relation to developing sales activation strategies for a dispersed sales network
- Track record of leading multinational teams to achieve challenging results in a performance driven environment with a focus on delivering against challenging business targets
- Fluent in verbal and written business English
- Proven experience in leading complex business transformation or process optimization projects across multiple international markets
