Your responsibilities:

• you develop and execute a comprehensive market expansion strategy for credit card products across Europe
• you oversee and optimize our credit cards portfolio across key markets (such as Poland and Romania)
• you focus on driving customer acquisition, enhancing portfolio performance and ensuring our products continue to meet evolving market demands
• you collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver credit card products tailored to the unique demands of each European market
• you analyze market trends, customer insights and competitive activity to identify opportunities for product enhancements
• you mentor and guide cross-functional teams as the portfolio expands, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
• you continuously optimize product offerings based on data-driven insights and customer feedback

Our requirements:

• you have 5+ years of experience in product management, in banking or in financial services
• you present an in-depth understanding of credit card product lifecycle, including issuing, pricing, risk assessment and compliance requirements
• you have a proven track record of initiating and facilitating change
• you have a solid experience in operating with senior & executive level
• you are experienced in operating in a matrix organization (incl. experience in working with geographically dispersed teams)
• creating and evaluating business cases, P&L management, budgeting and forecasting are well-known to you
• you are familiar with agile methodologies/ structured project management approaches to drive new product launches
