Your responsibilities:
- you implement, maintain and update the UX/UI backlog across European markets
- you define and prioritize UX/UI developments based on business impact, customer pain points, and strategic goals
- you ensure UX/UI initiatives align with broader business and digital strategy
- you work closely with marketing, product, and business teams to integrate UX/UI into the overall roadmap
- you ensure consistency in UX/UI across different digital touchpoints (web & mobile)
- you analyze customer behavior, feedback, and pain points using tools like ContentSquare, Google Analytics, and user testing (AB testing)
- you work closely with regional and local teams to align UX/UI needs
- you provide guidance on best practices, methodologies, and design principles
- you manage the relationship with ContentSquare, ensuring the tool is effectively used to drive insights.
Our requirements:
- you have 5+ years in UX research/design, with a strong portfolio in user-centered digital interfaces, ideally in financial services
- you are proficient with UX tools (e.g., ContentSquare, Figma, Hotjar, Optimal Workshop)
- you have experience synthesizing UX research, analytics, and customer insights
- you have strong project management experience in Agile/Scrum
- you have a proven track record of initiating and facilitating change
- you have a solid experience in operating with senior & executive level
