European Credit Card Implementation & Backlog Lead
We’re looking for a structured and delivery-focused Credit Card Implementation & Backlog Lead to drive the execution roadmap for our credit card products across agency, digital, and mobile channels.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless cooperation between Business and IT, overseeing deployments in Poland and other EU markets, and supporting commercial growth while maintaining operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do
Own and manage the credit card product backlog and delivery roadmap
Align Business and IT priorities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Oversee solution implementations across Poland and other EU markets
Drive development and enhancement of supporting sales and operational tools
Monitor deployments and ensure smooth execution of initiatives
Identify delivery risks and proactively implement mitigation plans
Coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage dependencies
Provide clear reporting on backlog status, milestones, and delivery progress
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and security standards
What We’re Looking For
Experience in credit cards, banking products, or financial services delivery
Strong backlog management and roadmap planning expertise
Proven experience working between Business and IT teams
Solid understanding of digital, mobile, and multi-channel environments
Strong stakeholder management and risk management skills
Experience in multi-market or international structures
Fluent English
