European Credit Card Product Development Manager
We’re looking for an innovative and delivery-driven Credit Card Product Development Manager to shape and enhance our credit card portfolio at EU level.
This role is responsible for end-to-end product design, development, and optimization — from new product concepts to enhancements of existing functionalities. You will work at the intersection of Business and IT to deliver scalable, compliant, and customer-centric solutions across multiple markets.

What You’ll Do
Design and develop new credit card products and functionalities across markets
Enhance existing product lines to improve performance and efficiency
Translate business needs into clear, compliant business requirements
Partner closely with IT and project teams to define and implement optimal solutions
Support testing processes (development & UAT) to ensure high-quality delivery
Identify simplification and innovation opportunities across products and processes
Lead implementation of key initiatives and coordinate deployment plans
Collaborate with external vendors and oversee regulatory-driven changes
What We’re Looking For
Experience in credit cards, product development
Proven track record in end-to-end product development and enhancement
Strong ability to balance business needs with IT feasibility
Experience defining business requirements and supporting implementation
Understanding of regulatory environments in financial services
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus)
