We’re looking for an innovative and delivery-driven Credit Card Product Development Manager to shape and enhance our credit card portfolio at EU level.

This role is responsible for end-to-end product design, development, and optimization — from new product concepts to enhancements of existing functionalities. You will work at the intersection of Business and IT to deliver scalable, compliant, and customer-centric solutions across multiple markets.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop new credit card products and functionalities across markets

• Enhance existing product lines to improve performance and efficiency

• Translate business needs into clear, compliant business requirements

• Partner closely with IT and project teams to define and implement optimal solutions

• Support testing processes (development & UAT) to ensure high-quality delivery

• Identify simplification and innovation opportunities across products and processes

• Lead implementation of key initiatives and coordinate deployment plans

• Collaborate with external vendors and oversee regulatory-driven changes

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in credit cards, product development

• Proven track record in end-to-end product development and enhancement

• Strong ability to balance business needs with IT feasibility

• Experience defining business requirements and supporting implementation

• Understanding of regulatory environments in financial services

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus)
