We are looking for a CRM Campaign & Marketing Automation Expert to strengthen our European Home Credit (EHC) team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising CRM and marketing automation activities across European markets, ensuring high effectiveness of customer communication, retention, and engagement.
In this role, you will:
Plan, implement, and optimise CRM and marketing automation campaigns across European markets based on business objectives and KPIs.
Design and manage multi-channel customer communications (email, SMS, telemarketing, digital, mobile, and social media) adapted to local market needs.
Design, build, and optimise automated customer journeys and communication scenarios supporting customer lifecycle, retention, and engagement.
Develop and improve marketing automation processes, rules, and segmentation logic to increase efficiency, scalability, and consistency of CRM activities across markets.
Manage and maintain customer data in ProviEngage and other systems, ensuring high quality, consistency, and integrity.
Analyse campaign performance and processes, prepare reports and recommendations, and support management decision-making.
Define business requirements for CRM, lead management, and retention tools in cooperation with IT.
Integrate new channels and innovative solutions to improve automation, efficiency, and customer engagement.
Contribute to EHC-wide CRM projects, supporting best practices and process standardisation.
Your profile:
Experience in CRM, marketing automation, or digital marketing in an international or multi-market environment.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience working with CRM tools and customer data platforms (experience with ProviEngage is an advantage).
Knowledge of multi-channel marketing campaigns and customer journey management.
Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
